Additionally contained in this latest photograph drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing different parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
